Bodega Wine Bar is open Tuesday through Saturday evenings- not only to accommodate for the popularity of our main restaurant, Mustangs & Burros, but to offer a different atmosphere for guests to enjoy some of Estancia La Jolla’s signature fare.  Secluded and sophisticated, fun and casual.  Come in for dinner or come in for a drink.

Simple Syrups

Experience a new menu of delectable cocktails featuring Estancia’s housemade simple syrups.  These cocktails were developed by our seasoned beverage team of mixologsists.

Simple Syrup Flavors include:  Cilantro Kiwi, Blackberry Jalapeno, Blackberry Lemon, Blood Orange Cucumber and Root Beer Anise to name a few.
